1. if this were a letter to my ex boyfriends it would maybe involve smiling emoticons

im highly skilled at being a good ex girlfriend, and can provide the references

one ex boyfriend’s girlfriend wants to meet me, just as an example of my skill

i had sex with another ex boyfriend recently and we are going to be friends forever

i almost texted him today to ask if i can go play with his brother’s dog

but i didnt, because that seems a little bit like an inconvenience to his brother, and im sure he doesnt want to inconvenience his brother, hes a good brother

and im a good ex girlfriend

i have been insulted by ex boyfriends but i understand where they were coming from, and i look forward to remaining friends in the years to come

if i had the money, i would think up the perfect birthday gifts for my ex boyfriends and i would mail those to them on their birthdays with a friendly funny card

because the thing is, it wasnt me, it was them

so i will be here to support them while they figure themselves out

and i will make sure to never remind them of the ways in which they hurt me

because im a good ex girlfriend

im good at what i do

    and its extremely fulfilling

  4. injuries

i sprained my finger playing with a football once

i have torn apart my calves blocking bases to tag people out

i fell off my bike in the neighbors driveway once and cut up my knees

i have torn apart my thighs sliding into bases in shorts

i knocked my front tooth out during a competitive intra-team game of catching fly balls in the outfield at a home run derby fundraising event by running into the fence. i got up smiling with blood running down my face, unaware that my front tooth was hanging by a thread/blood was running down my chin

i pulled a muscle in my leg during an ultimate frisbee practice and then quit ultimate frisbee

i wiped out and was dragged during some type of worm tag game (holding hands in a line of ~1000 people and running) during college orientation week and skinned my leg and looked nasty for the first week or so of college

a softball hit me in full force on the head while trying to tag out a runner stealing third base, something bad always happened when i had to play third base

i sliced open my finger on a can of cat food a few months ago

i failed at going off of a ramp on a skateboard and cut open my ankle, i got mad at people for laughing

softballs have hit me very hard under the chin many times

i got ice burn(?) while snowboarding/falling/sliding/my coat being pushed up while sliding, that was the only time i went snowboarding

i fell off of one of those ‘wave’ street surf boards in the street and tore up my knees, my mom said ‘i told you to wear knee pads’

the ball landed on first base as i stepped down on first base, causing my legs to fly out from under me and my arms to be skinned on a rock-like infield

i rode a scooter down a big hill and lost control and tore my face apart the day before my mother had arranged a professional family photographer to come to our house

i tripped on the patio and hit my head on the door step while running inside to go to the bathroom and had to get some stitches and there is still a mark on my forehead
